Finisar Selects InterSAN(TM) Technology to Enhance Its Network Tools Product Line

ORLANDO, FL, Oct. 19, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Gartner ITxpo -- Finisar Corp. (NASDAQ: FNSR), a provider of award-winning network monitoring and analysis solutions, today announced a partnership with InterSAN(TM), the OEM provider of SAN software technologies to Storage, Security and Networking companies. Finisar will license the recently announced PATHLINE OEM Kit from InterSAN(TM) and integrate the technology with its NetWisdom Real time SAN Monitoring product and its market leading Xgig Protocol Analysis suite of products providing root cause analysis solutions for 1,2,4,10 Gb Fibre Channel and iSCSI and FCIP.
