SONET/SDH Path Layer Latency
Generator

Anue's SONET/SDH "PD" Network Emulators create individual path
level delays identical to those that occur during the transmission of
SONET/SDH signals.
They are also capable of dynamically varying differential SONET latency
on multiple paths simultaneously. These products are also used for injecting
errors and loss of path (AIS-P), loss of frame (LOF), and loss of signal
(LOS) conditions. A PD Latency Generator is the perfect solution for SONET
VCAT Testing!
A functional Anue System consists of a hardware platform and one or more
software loads. Two different hardware platforms, the "M" Series
and the "H" Series are available. There are three different
SONET/SDH PD Signal Delay software loads, PD312, PD48 and PD192. All Anue
software loads include a Graphical User Interface and TCL script interface,
which allow for easy automation of common tasks.
"M" Series Latency Generator Hardware Platform
* Up to 2.5 Gbps
* 2U Rackmount Chassis
* Includes SFP optics module(s) with LC connectors
* Holds up to seven Software Loads
"H" Series Latency Generator Hardware Platform
* Up to 11.3 Gbps
* Includes XFP and SFP Optical Transceivers
* 2U Rackmount Chassis
* Holds up to seven Software Loads

"PD" - SONET/SDH Software Loads
can be combined on the same System. These functions can even be combined
with other Latency Generator capabilities, such as Ethernet, Fibre Channel
and SONET DG Delay. Such "Combo" Network Emulators make it easy
to switch back and forth between different features, data rates and protocols.

Path Delay products by viewing SONET Signal
