and bandwidth consumption, early detection of device failures, congestion,

This physical-later data, complemented by operational
data that is simultaneously gathered by ProbeV software, is then passed
on to Finisar NetWisdom software. NetWisdom Enterprise provides complete
path monitoring and analysis for fast SAN problem resolution.
The NetWisdom Portal manages the collection and storage of this
information, making it available for use as needed, and can send alerts
in response to specific faults or error conditions. NetWisdom Views software
provides a rich set of tables, graphs and charts that can be used to summarize,
analyze and compare SAN performance. The NetWisdom Dashboard provides
a real-time summary of the SAN's performance and faults, so SAN administrators
can grasp the heath of the SAN in a single glance.
