Gillaspy Associates presents the SANBlaze SAS 12 8 or 24 port target disk
drive emulation systems for Serial Attached SCSI (SAS). These drive emulation
systems provide a virtual, cost-efficient, configurable environment for
product development, testing and QA. An essential tool for Development,
QA and Test Labs utilizing the SAS Protocol.
Density Same features as our VirtuaLUN product with higher port density.
Features
* 8 or 12 SAS Ports or Phys
* Up to 125 Targets Per Initiator, 8 Initiators per system
* Emulate up to 1000 LUN's per system
* 1.5G or 3 G SAS Speeds
* LUN size up to 4 TB
* Simple and instantaneous configuration of a single or multiple LUNS
* Editable LUN attributes include:
o Size
o Delay
o Health
o Errors
* Ability to inject disk and physical errors
* Easy to use web based interface
* Text based scripting interface
Good Drive
By default, a target drive is configured with zero latency and no errors.
Features such as Definable Mode Pages, Editable Inquiry String, allow
the target drive to look like any type of drive you want.
Bad Drive
Extensive error injection capabilities allow for the creation of varying
and repeatable error conditions and predefined bad drive behaviors.
Fast Drive
Zero Latency drives provide the fastest data storage available to run
tests against
Slow Drive
Latency can be set from Zero to many minutes, allowing systems under test
to see how they respond to very slow drives.
Big Drive
Drives can be set to be as large as 4 TBytes
Small Drive
Drives can be configured to be as small as 4 M
1 Drive
Each of the configurations can be set for a single drive
1000 Drives
The product supports:
* 8 or 12 Phy's or ports
* 4 or 8 Initiators
* 125 LUNS per Initiator
* For a maximum drive configuration of over 1000 drives per 12 Port system
